Our History

Fremantle Indonesia began in 1995 with the adaptation of Family Feud, known locally as Family Fortune. The show's success led to other popular game shows like The Price Is Right, Komunikata, and Super Deal Indonesia. Over the years, Fremantle Indonesia expanded to larger reality TV formats such as Indonesian Idol, X Factor Indonesia, Indonesia's Got Talent, Take Me Out, MasterChef, Hell's Kitchen, The Apartment Indonesia, and The Bachelor Indonesia.

Fremantle Indonesia has produced over 28,000 hours of prime-time television, been nominated for and won multiple Panasonic Awards and Asian Academy Creative Awards, and garnered over 5 billion views on social media. The company remains committed to creating high-quality, engaging entertainment and seeks partnerships to meet the growing demand for original content, branded integrations, and digital extensions.

Recognizing the changing media landscape, Fremantle Indonesia initiated a new department, the Original Content and Innovation Department, which focuses on developing scripted and unscripted, digital, and branded entertainment content, as well as providing market research for both internal and external use. From its inception, the company has crafted premium content for Netflix, WB Discovery, Amazon Prime, and Spotify
